Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett has asserted that extraterrestrial beings may inhabit five or six underwater bases off the U.S. coast. In a discussion with UFO researcher Red Panda Koala, he mentioned that naval personnel cite high-speed underwater crafts, far exceeding conventional submarines. Burchett indicated these “entities” could have remained hiding in oceans for thousands of years.
